Very positive experience. I needed to abandon my septic tank and connect to the Carson City Sewer line. After reviewing several bids, I chose Mann Built Construction for the job. Everything was delivered and completed as promised. Equipment was staged early, the project started exactly on time and was completed on time. The entire crew worked exceptionally well together and was lead by Chris Mann. Special thanks to Tyler who also worked tirelessly and to Jessica working behind the scenes in the office. If a problem area was uncovered, it was quickly analyzed and immediately brought to my attention. This allowed me to make any needed decisions that could possibly affect the project progress or add a cost outside of the specified scope. All the inspections, etc required by Carson City were handled and completed by Chris. My sewer system is working great! My yard and landscaping were all put back like the day they arrived ( they were very careful while digging 140 ft of trench and demolishing a septic tank in my front yard). I would highly recommend Mann Built Construction if you want a licensed contractor that takes pride in their work, is competitively priced, and who delivers as promised!
